At Shoreline Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
